Rules:
- Theme:
Participants must create a dance reel reflecting the theme of "throwback dance," incorporating dance styles, music, costumes, and aesthetics inspired by old eras or specific decades.
- Both solo and group entries are welcome. Only college students are eligible to participate. Intercollege teams are allowed.
- Time Limit: 1 minute
- Reels can be edited to enhance videos.
- Any copyrighted content or music used must be credited.
Judging Criteria:
- Entries will be judged based on creativity, adherence to the theme, choreography, execution, originality, presentation, and overall impact. Factors such as costume design, set design, and storytelling elements may also be considered.
- Participants must completely fill the Google form and submit the reel through it.
- Follow the official page of Celeste (c.e.l.e.s.t.e_ucms) and RIPPLE (@RIPPLE.ucms) to enter the competition.
- All reels will be posted on the Instagram page of Celeste (c.e.l.e.s.t.e_ucms).
- The top 10 reels with the most likes will be selected on the following criteria:-
1. Number of likes- 1 point for each like.
2. Number of Comments- 2 points for each comment.
- The winner will be chosen from the top 10 by judges to ensure fair play and will be selected on the following criteria:-
1. Costumes and Presentation
2. Creativity
3. Expression
4. Resemblance to Retro Theme
